Founded in 1996 by Tim Waterstone, Daisy & Tom is the definitive Children’s Department Store, and is part of the Chelsea Stores group.

The Challenge

Provide an integrated, simplified solution to enable Daisy & Tom to match the quality and success of the Early Learning Centre’s distance shopping service.

Solution

The new solution was incorporated into Daisy & Tom’s existing front and back-end systems; with full training enabling staff to easily administer order fulfilment.

Call centre requirements were managed by Zendor and a team was provided, and given thorough brand and product training, to take customer orders and handle enquiries.
