Zendor, the multi-channel fulfilment expert, has reinforced its third party service provision with the appointment of a Head of Customer Service, Christine Ashworth. In this newly created role, due to Zendor’s ongoing success and projected growth, Christine will not only manage the company’s customer service operation, but also develop this area of the business which is a point of distinction with both existing and potential clients.
Christine joins Zendor with a wealth of experience; as a Customer Relationship Management professional with 15 years in client-facing and call centre management roles for well-known companies such as Micro-Peripherals, Express Gifts, British Gas, American Express, and Park Online.
In her role, Christine will lead the customer service operation, both the Zendor contact centre team (scaling between 75-150 customer service advisors) and third party contracts. On behalf of clients, such as the Early Learning Centre, Christine will direct all consumer sales and service contacts, encompassing telephony, online and postal enquiries and transactions, to the very highest levels of care and quality.

With extensive contact centre service knowledge and expertise, I have no doubts she will fulfil a demanding role, as well as shape and strengthen our position in the marketplace for outsourced customer management and fulfilment services.”
